Production of the Segmented Wood Christmas Tree Bells In the three videos above we describe the production of these Segmented Wood Christmas Tree Ornaments. The first video describes the design of the Christmas tree bells, cutting the segments, glue up and turning in the lathe to produce small and highly decorated segmented wood bells which are used as Christmas Tree Ornaments. In the second video we describe the collection of 25 segmented wood bells made by John Manura in 2016. The third video describes the production of the feature rings used in some of the bells. The second set of three videos describe the Accu-Wedge system which is used to accuratelycut the segmented wedges on the band saw. |
